Skating Academy Makeup Class Policy
Ice Realm Carlsbad allows a maximum of 2 makeup classes per registered class. All makeup classes must be completed before the end of the semester in which the class is missed. No makeups will be permitted to roll over into the new semester. Leveled classes (Adult, Basic, Snowplow, Freeskate) all must be made up at the same level registered on an alternate class day. Skaters in specialty classes may make up a specialty class with a class that has an equivalent level or if the skater meets the class requirement. If you or your skater is unsure of what would be an appropriate makeup class, please consult your group class instructor for a recommendation.
How do I request a makeup class?
Before you arrive for a makeup class, please click the link below and follow the prompt. Once you've completed the prompt, please show the response to the Box Office Attendant. Once they see you have this completed, they will hand you or your skater the necessary pass for a makeup class.
