OVERVIEW
The Southern California Girls High School Hockey Division offers competitive, development-focused play for girls in grades 8–12 across the region. Following a successful inaugural spring season, we’re excited to announce the division will return in Spring 2026 - featuring an extended season and added skills clinics.

Players must register based on their residential area. If a region lacks players, free agents may be assigned to balance rosters.
SEASON TIMELINE
Draft Skates - Once you have register you will be assigned to a specific draft skate/Clinic/Scrimmage
Saturday March 14 at 6:00pm at Ice Realm Carlsbad
Saturday March 21 at 7:10pm at Ice Realm Westminster
Expected End Date: Mid-June
No games Easter & Memorial Day Weekends

ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
Open to all girls in 8th-12th grade
No travel hockey experience required
Players register individually and are placed on their regional team
Returning players to keep last seasons jerseys, new ones to be provided for new players

We’re proud to partner with USA Hockey and the LA Kings, who are supporting the launch of a Girls Try Hockey for Free event for brand-new players.
Play it Forward Giving back is essential for the growth and success of any sport. Our give back program offers SCAHA, High School, and Junior Players at the 14u Level and above the chance to give back to the game they love while gaining valuable community service hours. As one of the largest grassroots hockey initiatives affiliated with USA Hockey, Ice Realm's program supports our local community by fostering a positive influence on today's youth. There is nothing more impactful than passionate players returning to their roots to help new players learn and enjoy the game!
